How it works
I specialise in psychodynamic therapy, which looks at how your early life experiences affect your current relationships, feelings and behaviours.
The aim is to help you gain a better understanding of your feelings, so you can make the best choices for you, allowing you to live a more contented life.
My practice is based in Glasgow’s Kinning Park, in a warm, welcoming and confidential space where I can support you in developing a greater understanding of yourself.
I meet clients weekly, on the same day and at the same time, either face-to-face, online or on the phone. We can work together short-term or long-term, depending on your needs.
Sessions last 50 minutes and cost £50.
I am fully qualified in counselling and psychotherapy, with a post graduate diploma in Human Relations & Counselling from Robert Gordon University.
I am a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), and adhere to their ethical guidelines and professional standards. (BACP Registered Member 403782)
